Do you book airline tickets?

We do book airline tickets, but only for the Adinkrahene Experience. For all other experiences we do not book airline tickets for international flights, but we do however, provide you with assistance with dates, routes, airline selection and pricing for flights enabling you to book it yourself. We do book local flights for domestic travel within Ghana. We can also provide you details of a travel agent if you prefer to work with one.

What if I just want one service and not the whole package?

Services are available a la carte and can be purchased independent of our existing packages. Services can also be added to a package to customize it to your liking. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods for our services are as follows.  Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, Bank Deposit, Mobile Money, Zelle, and Web Payment.

I don’t see a package that suits my particular needs, what can be done?

We can create a custom package to accommodate your needs.

What if I want to make a change to my itinerary?

We understand that plans can change in an instant. Changes can be made to your itinerary at any time throughout your trip. Nothing has to be set in stone.

How many people does an experience purchase cover?

Experience rates apply to individuals, couples and families of four or less.

What is the turnaround time?

Time is of the essence. 48 hours is needed to prepare an itinerary only. If your package includes, transportation, bookings, visa and flight assistance, a far greater amount of time is required. Prices increase the closer you are to your departure as does availability of certain activities and locations. The more time-focused and responsive you are the more proactive we can be making sure you get all of your preferred selections.

Do you have preset itineraries?

All of our itineraries are custom to the client’s taste and specifications, but we do also have preset itineraries curated and available for adventure, history and culture, nightlife, first timers etc.
