REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase.
Maison Afrique will honor full refunds within 10 days of purchase of any package or service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur. Should your travel plans change outside of the refund window, a credit for your purchase will be issued to you. This credit can be used towards any package or service of your choice at a later date. Credits expire one year from the date of purchase. Packages purchased within 21 days of travel do not qualify for full refunds.
The refund will be applied to the method of payment initially used to make your purchase. Your account will be credited within 14 business days. This may be reflected on your next statement, depending on your financial institution and/or billing cycle.
